Terms of Service
By installing or using Read & Acknowledge — Page Confirmations for Confluence ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you obtain the App through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use also apply.
1. License
The vendor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on the Atlassian sites where it is installed, for the duration of your subscription or free use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App.
2. Free and paid use
Pricing, free tiers and trial periods are shown on the App's Marketplace listing. Billing is handled by Atlassian.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of your Confluence pages, for configuring who must confirm them, and for using exported records appropriately. The App records that a person pressed a confirmation button for a specific page version; it does not verify comprehension and is not a substitute for legal advice or your own compliance processes.
4. Data
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. The App runs entirely on the Atlassian platform; the vendor does not access your data.
5. Support and availability
Support is provided by e-mail at andrew@andrewboyko.name on business days. The App depends on the Atlassian Forge platform; availability follows Atlassian's platform availability. The vendor may release updates at any time.
6. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The vendor's total liability arising from the App is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. The vendor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of App records.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. The vendor may terminate the license if you breach these terms. Upon uninstallation, App data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
